What exactly do you do?

We come into your business, find what's broken, and fix it. That means your scheduling, invoicing, follow-up process, Google presence, website, reviews — anything that's costing you jobs or money without you realizing it. We build the systems so your business runs without everything depending on you remembering it.

How much does it cost?

The audit is always free. After that, most clients are on a monthly retainer between $300 and $600 depending on what needs to be done. No surprise fees, no hourly billing. You know the cost before we start.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

No. We work month to month. If it's not working for you, you can stop anytime. We'd rather earn your business every month than lock you into something.

How long does the audit take?

About an hour to an hour and a half on site. Within 48 hours you get a written report covering everything we found, ranked by what's costing you the most, and exactly what we recommend fixing first.

What trades do you work with?

Plumbers, electricians, HVAC, general contractors, landscapers, roofers, painters, pool companies, junk removal — if you're a solo operator or small trades business, we work with you.

What happens after the audit?

You get the report. We walk through it together on a call. If you want to move forward, we start on the highest priority items first. If you don't, you still keep the report and everything in it. No pressure either way.

How is this different from hiring a regular consultant?

Most consultants hand you a document full of recommendations and leave. We actually build the systems for you — set up the software, write the processes, fix the Google profile, build the templates. You don't need to figure it out yourself. It gets done.

Do I need to be tech savvy?

No. We handle the setup. You just need to be willing to use what we put in place. Most of what we set up takes less than five minutes a day to maintain once it's running.

What if I'm already too busy to deal with this?

That's exactly why you need it. The busier you are with no systems in place, the more you're dropping. We work around your schedule and handle most of the setup ourselves so the time commitment on your end is minimal.
